The operating system from the Meta Andromeda Playbook (Second Edition), as a working Notion workspace.
Duplicate this template, then work it weekly. Every table below maps to a chapter of the book and a worksheet in the 90-Day Execution Workbook.
How this works
The book's thesis: the algorithm redistributed advantage from targeting skill to creative supply, data quality, and measurement judgement. This workspace runs those three as a standing operation:
- Weekly Operating Review — one entry every Monday (20 min). Platform numbers for relative calls, your backend for truth (Book Ch 15).
- Creative Concept Tracker — one entry per concept, opened at launch with a written hypothesis, settled at verdict (Book Ch 5–6, Toolkit 6).
- 90-Day Plan — the full implementation sequence with exit tests (Book Ch 18).
- Angle Bank — the arguments your market believes, in customers' own words (Book Ch 5, 7).
- Claim Quarantine — every "new Meta rule" you hear goes here before it touches your account (Book Ch 3, Toolkit 10).
The weekly rhythm (~90 minutes)
- Monday · Measurement ritual (20 min) — add a Weekly Review row: rolling CPA vs target, blended MER, platform-vs-backend gap, EMQ health.
- Wednesday · Creative review (30 min) — update every live concept's status: Scaling / Healthy / Watch / Fatiguing. Two fatigue tripwires = act (re-express the winner, brief a replacement).
- Friday · Change window (30 min) — ALL account edits batched here: budget steps (±20–30% max), winner graduations, pauses.
- Monthly — diversity audit + Ad Library sweep; India accounts: delivered-order reconciliation net of COD refusals.
- Quarterly — one validation experiment (holdout, lift study, or incremental-view comparison) + target re-check.
💡 Fatigue tripwires — act when any two fire: recent prospecting frequency > ~3 · CTR/hook rate down >10% week-over-week twice · CPA up >15–20% week-over-week · Ads Manager fatigue flag.
